Woodlane clone item bug

I mistook my woodland clone for my actual unit and placed an item on him. When the round ended, the clone and the item disappeared.

I actually think that happened to me too. I attached a item 3075 to my Ivern during battle and when we went into phase 2-1, the item disappeared for the whole game... Got 7th lol.
