TFT swain patch 9.20

Hello , i have just played 5 games in the new 9.20 patch all of them until lvl 8/9 , i have seen and search all the oponents team too and over 300 gold roled after lvl 8 i got 1 swain lvl 1 in 5 games and just once i saw somebody else get him . i know the new patch it is suposed to change the rolls and roll chances but still why so low for just 1 champ . i got lots of kai sa , khartus and yasuo even if they were in my oponents teams too . Still no swains idk why but this is disturbuing 300 at lvl 8/9 over 5 games and just 2 drops (in the whole game ) . I think and hope this is a bug that riot can fix .
