Game is still in progress after match ends

I finished a game in top 3, it took me to the past game screen, I clicked out of it and instead of taking me back to the TFT page it took me to "Game is still in progress" It has been like this for 3 minutes, I have restarted and manually shut down the client but it always comes back to this, after one of the restarts it even brought up that I had finished promos and showed me my placement but im still stuck at this screen.
