New hextech bug?
You can´t put items on a champion that has their item slots disabled by the hextech bomb. Dunno if this is intended or not, but imo it should work.

I think it doesn't work because you could technically build an item on the champ that would be usable since you made it after the hex bomb went off.. Which would technically be cheating how hextech is supposed to work. That's just my guess though.
