Items not refreshing

Sometimes there is a glitch where the game will think you have an item even when you don't. I'll have a black box where maybe I had a glove that shot off because I had an item built already. This leaves the champion with a black box and no ability to equip an item in the black box. This isn't a huge deal on a 1 star champion, but when I have a 2 star zed it kind of screws things up because I can't build him up with items. I've had this happen twice now. really annoying and needs a fix.
