Loading screen game freezes, 1st game of each day

each day now, first game of the day, the game freezes at 98% loading screen, i have to sign off my pc, sign back on. 5 minutes passes and whole game gets F****ED and no one remakes.

whats the deal yo? didnt have this issue before the patch.
