Pantheon full life after ultiing after being cursed by phantom bonus

In my last game, i cursed the ennemy pantheon with my phantom bonus, setting his hp to a low amount. He had time to ult, and after casting it, he reappeared full life. He had a warmog on him, but I'm pretty sure it had not time to regen his whole life
