League Black Screen

I keep getting this weird black screen when I boot up League. I'll send a picture of it, it's not pure black. It has the gear icon, the question mark icon, etc. But that's all. Here is what it looks like. Also I cannot post this anywhere else, so I have to post this here. It won't let me post to Tech Support.

I just got this, I couldn't tab out or close the window. I had to completely shut off my computer.

getting the same randomly on either initial loading screen after champ select or on the honor screen after the match
