My Chinese league of legends client keeps bugsplatting when I try to load into a game

Is there anyone that can help me with this? I went to a computer games repair center and they said that there were no issues just to delete all files and reinstall. Clearly not. I have been having this issue for 2 weeks and I have reached out to a ten cent game developer and he has not gotten back to me for 2 weeks just really stupid to have these bugs right when the new season comes smh I’m actually fuming from this pls send help
