I don't want to play lol if i have leave queue for about 20 min but do i have fault if i can't play

Wtf lol Why does i become leaver buster if i can't play lol after i start to it and then now i have 20 minutes queue this is not fair in me plzz fix my account i dont want to play 5 matches 20 minutes waiting.
