I have played a few games and I realised I am the only one that can't spectate other players while im playing or even when I lost.. I tried to uninstall but the bug didn't go away. Is there anyone who had the same issue ?

Go into the riot games folder on your computer. You have to get to the CONFIG folder
Open "PersistedSettings" (use notepad if no other program auto opens)
Find LOCKCAMERA and change its value from "1" to "0"
Save and close the file. Restart the game and you should be good to go!
Worked fine for me.
It stems from your setting in league being set to keep your camera locked by default. There is no way to change that setting on TFT. Resulting in the bug.
