Loading Error

I tried starting a normal game of TFT and upon accepting my client minimized but I never got a loading screen. I brought the client back up hoping to see a reconnect button only to have a "game still in progress" message. I closed the launcher and restarted league and on logging in the client immediately minimized itself, I bring it back up only to have it still saying game still in progress with no button to reconnect. After about 30 minutes of closing and reloading the game seems to have "ended?" Not sure if I had to wait out the game or what.

Tried to start another and had the game crash giving me a system error. This time I get a reconnect button but causes a crash each time it is pressed.
