Disconnection from ranked -5 games in a row-

I have been getting random disconnections at random moments usually 15-20 mins in and wondering if it happened to anybody else? One time, my akali with 3 items disappeared with 3 items she had after logging back in.

Each time I have to exit the game and log back in just to see my black and white screen. Very disappointed.
