Bug during the promotion from silver to gold

I was silver 71 LP and I did a ranked. I finished in 3rd position and I was promoted bronze 4 instead of gold. How is it possible ?

I have the same problem. I was silver 1 with 45LP, I did a ranked and finished in 2nd position. Then I was promoted Bronze IV instead of gold. Will it be fixed ?

Did you change your ingame name? I just see that you played ranked in season 4 and 5, no games in your match history of 2019 on third party webpages.

And in your match history linked from the forums, the newest game is from 11/18/2018.

There is no match history for TFT, as far as i know.
