Kindred: seraph, sojin managain

level 3 kindred with sojin and seraph, can gain 20 mana from seraph, 6.3 from sojin and 12 from autoattacks in the clip his mana goes from 0 to 20 to 24 to 29 to 35 so that's intervals of 20, 4, 5 and x>6. to me it looks like sojin gives mana based of the mana kindred already has, rounded up. is this indeed a bugg?
