my lucian become an enemy and more

I bought a Lucian in-game and after having him in my bank for a couple of rounds I decided to sell him. But when I went on to sell him I got a lag spike and he became an enemy unit in my bank. This concluded in that I had 2 choices: 1. I could place an enemy unit ( which I did to see what would happen, he attacked my own units) or 2. I could have one less backspace for the rest of the game. In the late game, I bought 2 Lucians and made Lucian lvl 2 and he became an allied unit and I could seel or place him.

2nd problem; I had a spatula as an item in the item storage area but that disappeared after 2 rounds for waiting for a second spatula to make a force of nature.

I wish I could now place a link to this game but I cannot because I am still waiting for stats so I can link this game but for the past 5 minutes I have the choice to or skip waiting for stats to maybe directly report these bugs or to sleep.
