At one point I noticed I had 5/6 Knight buff, with only 4 in. After moving my champs around, I noticed it was Braum that was giving me a Glacial, Guardian AND Knight buff. It stayed that way the entire round and I managed to win because of it lol. Has this happened to anyone else?

seems to be a spat bug, someone must have put a knight spat on that braum and then sold it, and you bought that braum and it kept the knight buff
