Ionic spark proccs from the bench in certain circumstances.

Ionic spark seems to be working from the bench, but only under particular circumstances. I have tested some of these and provided some screenshots. Note that only with the last screenshot was I in time so you can actually see the damage being dealt.

When I put ionic spark on Garen A and put Garen B in the field, it procced as seen here

When I put Ionic spark on Garen A and sold Garen B, it did not proc. When I put Ionic spark on both Garen A and Garen B, they did not proc multiple times, however, when Garen A died, Garen B started proccing his from the bench again. As seen here and here

I tried it with Garen, Seju and Poppy and only Garen seemed to work.
