Zyra's Plant in my TFT champion pool

Hi, i woul like to report this bug, in a battle zyra used her skills and after the countdown ends i found a zyra's plant on my pool. I cannot sell and i cannot move from that position. I attach a video's link. I hope it will be fix. sry for my bad english
