Loading screen freezes

After the recent patch (9.15) my loading screen froze twice already where I was unable to do anything else but to restart my computer. I can't switch to other programs so ending the LoL task in task manager is no option. Both times I was at 100% in the loading screen.

Is this issue known?

My specs: Intel i7 8th gen with 16GB RAM - 2060RTX with 6GB dedicated memory.
