[TFT][GAMEPLAY] certain items not dealing correct damage.

I don't have in game proof of this, but you can try it yourself. I know for a fact that ludens echo only does 20 damage instead of 200, you can check other triggered damage items to see if they do the same, like shiv or ionic spark.
