Zephyr bugged?
Just had a game where the second zephyr I built literally didn't proc all game, built a third one to test and that one then worked, the second zephyr was on a shojin aegis lulu, so possibly an item combo bug?

I was on the other end of this problem. A zephyr was on my opponent. When the match started i saw a tornado but my unit wasnt effected. He just stepped forward to bypass the cc.
