Gameplay Visual Bug

I will say this hasn't been the first time I've noticed this visual bug. Playing as a support you tend to check your ADCs summons especially if they're too noob to ping what its remaining CD is. Its been showing the Heal summon as off cooldown but then you click it to check timer since your ADC wont an its still got like a minute or two left. Although visually it shows it's available. 200+ Years of experience.
