[BUG] Amumu doesn't double cast with mage cap in 9.24b... can anyone else verify that this is happening to them too?

i just mage caped my level2 amumu and didn't doble cast single time in like 15 ult

Can confirm, just tried this and it never double cast.

Definetly does not double cast. I just had the same thing happen.

Wasn't fixed in patch 9.24b Probably need to wait till s10 patch
