Two games now where I've had two of the same item in the same game and its not completed, first time I had three of the item cause of dragon thought that's why it didn't work but now i only had two and its still not working
Same. First time, one of the items was given to me completed already, so I thought since I technically didn't "build it," it just didn't count. But two games later where I build the same item twice, both on the same champion and on different champions, it still didn't work.
I had 3 ionic spark in my previous game and the mission did not complete. 75 points is what I need for the arena skin, gonna have to wait a little more :(
I'm having this problem too. I put two shojins on the same champion in one game and two sword breakers on separate champions the next game and neither counted for the challenge.
Confirming that I have the same issue in EUW, not that that should make a difference

Seems they changed the mission to another one, so that's one way to resolve this I guess.
