TFT 1st Carousel Glitch/Bug - Entering middle of circle - Why isn't this fixed?
I just had a game session where 3 out of 4 games a player did this to first pick an item.
This issue has been ongoing since before ranked was launched. Does anyone have any information on this? Has Riot acknowledged the issue? I understand that TFT is still in Beta but this has a HUGE negative impact on early game fairness. RNG is one thing, abusing a bug is another.
In chat people claim it was an "accident", their game "bugged out" or "Eh, Riot the small Indie company hasn't fixed it so it must not be cheating". Unfortunately a majority of the time it looks intentional because the player immediately runs to a bow or spatula. I know one way it can happen because I accidentally did it once; your LL looks like they are scooting across the arena on their butts as the game loads in. I made a point of last picking that carousel because i didn't want to cheat.
It's obviously abuse-able; this feels like a pretty major flaw to the integrity of the competitive ranked experience.
TL/DR: Is this bannable? Do we have an ETA from Riot on a fix?
