tft still freezing

Ranked season has started. Everything (in this matter) was perfect throughout almost the whole year from the beginning of tft and now that. In the middle of the game I can't keep playing, how am I supposed to climb or even play the game? I couldn't play in set2 because of that and now because of your great mmr "soft reset" I am matched against diamonds in iron who know compositions and meta perfectly and I can't even finish my games, so imagine this kind of frustration and maybe do something about it, ffs.

How much time do we have to wait? I love tft so I can forgive a lot, but really, come on...
