Chat Window went POOF

My chat window in TFT has disappeared. Pressing Z/Enter doesn't show the window/bar on top of chat window at all.

I'm not sure how to reproduce the steps, but it's decently consistent because it's happened to me both on PBE and on public now. The two things that I've done that come to mind is A) change from borderless 4k to windowed... above 1080 but below 4k, and B) moving the chat window to the top left portion of the screen. I'm more willing to correlate moving chat window as I noticed the chat window disappear in both of the following games it happened.
