[Gameplay] Level 3 Vi refuse to Auto-Attack

I noticed that in two different TFT games, after level 3 Vi uses her ability she will no longer attack for the remainder of the battle and she will resume at the start of a new battle. I noticed this happened even before I equipped her with items.
