No there isn't, and if anyone says there is, are trying to scam you. The only way to get RP is either to buy it, or have someone gift it to you through the in client gifting.

What you can do is wait for level up rewards that give you champion shards that you can upgrade into your collection by having enough BE, or activate for free for 7 days. Also each week there is a rotation of champions you can play for free.
