Client locks up

This is an issue with Set 2 or the QoL stuff implemented because I had the same issue on PBE. I assumed it was a PBE issue but it continued after the Set 2 went live. The game will lock up when changing from one round to the next. I will be unable to tab out of the game, hard close the client (neither window) or switch to Task Manager in order to force close the application. I will be forced to restart my computer. This process makes it unlikely for me to rejoin to match in time in order to verify whether the characters are stuck or the life bars bug out like for other people. I am playing on a potato. This issue did not happen Set 1. It does not happen every event. It does happen a majority of events. On PBE it was more likely to happen in Ranked vs Normal but still happens in Normal.
