Camille Ult disables enemy ults

Camille ults my shyvana, and when my shyvana gets full mana to shapeshift, she uses it while in camille's ult, but shyvana does not shapeshift and wastes her mana.

If this was the case, it should wait until camille's ult is over then shapeshift without wasting the mana.
