senna pausing after ability

like title stated i've given her 2 rageblade and she still pauses after using her ability even when it stacked up she still pause for 1-2 seconds is this intended or a bug? btw this is for tft not regular league. she just sits there doing nothing after ability. all the other champs doesn't have this pause after using ability that i've seen.

I've gotten rather annoyed at Senna pausing for so long after her ability too; she's even worse than Varus. But with two Rageblades, that shouldn't be happening for so long.
