Kayle + Force of Nature Bug?

During my game, I put the Force of Nature on my Kayle, but the effects didn't work and I couldn't place the extra team member out. I was Lvl 7, but could only place 7 champions out with the Force of Nature on the field as well. Anyone else get this bug?
