Upgraded Rek'Sai heals incorrect amount
Upgraded Rek'Sai heals for what looks to be T1 heal when at T2, haven't been able to test T3.

I can confirm from experiences the heals seem to either be t1 all the way or too weak to even notice. Lvl 3 in a previous game, lost putting all my items on him because every burrow did no noticeable healing... t3 healing is a lot in the tool tip Rek'sai is fairly useless right now in my opinion.
