Cursed Blade: Champion repeated leveling down and up gaining HP in the process

I had multiple cursed blades and champions that were shrinking sometimes would level up again and gain HP in the process. There was a time where it was a 4v1 and the champion repeated shrunk and gained the level back, regaining HP everytime it would level up.
