Master Yi not healing properly

Played a game where my master didn't heal properly from meditate. he would heal about 5-10% of his HP instead of his normal amount (50% i think). And on top of that i put two Rabbadons deathcaps on him making it so he should heal 90% of his HP! and still only about 5-10%.
