[GAMEPLAY] Item (glacial) won't remove itself from same trait champion.

Normally if you make the glacial item with a spatula on a champion that is already glacial the item will pop off.

I had an Anivia with giant's belt so I used a spatula on her to make the glacial item thinking it would remove itself. I did this mid-fight. The item did not immediately pop off so I assumed it would occur between rounds, which it didn't.
