Not receiving audible/visual cue for 2 star/3 star cards

Most games (sometimes it works) I do not see the 2 star flashing or hear the audible sounds that there is one available. I have ran a full repair on the client with same results. Sometimes I hear the sound, but do not see the stars on the cards......very inconsistent. I haven't seen anyone else report this so maybe I'm the only one?
