My Pantheon Spawns on the enemy's side of the map

So after a fight my pantheon came back standing right there, On the enemy's side of the map. I can't move him or do anything. He starts fights normally when it's on my map just on the enemy's side. But when it's on the enemy's map, sometimes Pantheon decides to take a break from fighting and doesn't go to the other map. When there's an enemy champion already at the location, I believe my panth overrides their positioning cause I spawned in the middle of one of the dude's comp.
