[GAMEPLAY] I got random 4 items in the first 3 round

In my last TFT game (ranked) I got only gold on the 2 first round, then I disconnected for a short time, and when I got back, I had 5 items (I had one from the first carousel), and I could give them to my champs without problem, they even worked. If I know right it is only possible to have 4 items after the third round.

I quitted, beacuse I felt like I'm cheating, earlier games I had a similar bug when I got random items, but those disappeared and I could not use them.

Unfortunately I dont have any screenshot, or proof, and sorry about that.
