the bug of woodland

In a game ,i compose an item on the cope of neeko by 3 woodland,then after this game ,the item gone with the fake neeko,i tried many ways to get this item back ,like restart the game ,but it was just cant.i lose a Rabadon's deathcap by this this way ,i think this bug should be fixed.Hope this game can be better .
