TFT game is broken

So I joined a TFT match no problem. We did the carousel round, then as soon as we ported to our personal arena, the unit we chose disappeared, but seemed to take up a spot on the board. Then the units we bought from the store during the first few PvE rounds were just afk, as well as the minions, then each of us would lose the round. Once the PvP started, all of our units just disappeared, we couldn't refresh store, level up, change arena we're specating, and the stage count would seem to go infinitely.
