Mountain showing active but no shield of any size went out over the course of 4 matches

With both and on the bored, with the gold_ [Mountain]_ showing in the top left of the ui, The actual buff was never applied. I tried my best to get a screenshot but due to an already bad team and no mountain buff they would get rekt before i could get the screenshot off but i'll include what i was able to get. Also i removed both Malp and Tal and replaced them in new hex locations 2 times and still no buff at all. All i can think is maybe it has a conflict with the trap claw? Even if that was the case what are the odds that it would have gone to Sivir 3-4 times in a row. all i know is no health bar contained the white bars indicating shield over health and no champion had the visible shield
