Unit panel missing

Normal mode. Very first round after initial draft, defeated the little npcs. One black orb dropped. I ran over it and saw nothing. Next stage began. No unit panel. Just missing. Hide/show UI didn't help, exit/reconnect didn't help.

I have seen this with the left panel once before. Not sure what caused it. Left missing made gameplay difficult, bottom makes it obviously impossible.

ETA: Checked back in. Everyone in the match has the same problem. Our little units are still duking it out.

Panel is now there, but empty. I can see I have 9 gold, but can't use it. no buttons for reroll or level. Eternally level 1.

ETA2: We are slowly losing life but the ranking panel on the right isn't re-sorting.

ETA3: Carousel works. Grabbed a new unit and put him in. Now no units do any damage. All matches end in a tie. Guess I'll check back in in a couple hours.
