Loading in slow bug

Hi, I have a pretty slow computer, and at the start of every game, I dont get to choose my start, by the time I can walk around, its too late and I get a random one.

Same here after 9.19. The only thing we can do now is spamming boards, so let's do it guys.

Same, the loading screen loads to 100% and takes 15 seconds to load in and by the time i load in the end of the carousel is done so i didn't even get a fighting chance to pick. I have a Ryzen 5 1400, Rx 580 4gb ddr5 graphics, 16 gb of ram, and a 1tb HDD. I have all my in game settings to VERY LOW quality! I just don't understand what's going on and need help before i even try to go back into ranked games...
