Forget information on my old account

I played a couple years ago spending quite a bit of money of purchasing champs etc. My summoner name was prossercuz2, on north america server. I cant seem to remember the email linked to the account which is quite annoying. How can i figure this out or head in the right direction. Dont really feel like starting all over again and not being able to play champs I had purchased.

Cheers!
