Post game status

Often times the stats will not load after game, is anyone else experiencing this? Also was playing against an opponent Shen, who appeared onto my side after the round. The opponent was wondering where their Shen went. Didn't keep the Shen for the next round, but wondering if they got him back. It was an "assassin" Shen with red buff.
