BUG Movement anyone else?!?!

So i recently have this bug with the movement i cant really explain and i found a guy on youtube having the same problem but its not solved yet! My MS is i would say good at 65 that i play..with 100mbps Connection and 20 upload! I really need to solve this cause i cant play and ''kite'' in-game ! Appreciated.
