Items Permanently Disabled

I had a Lissandra with 3 full items and a full bench of champions. After the carousel round there was an extra unit on the field that was over the limit. The next round started, and I sold a unit. The lissandra popped back on the bench with all 3 items permanently disabled. I waited to see if dying would fix it or if the next carousel would reenable but no luck. I resolved to sell liss to get the 3 items back, and the items all permanently disappeared.
